If every cop in your town was black and your town was majority white, you would be asking a ton of questions and demanding answers......until there were more white cops on the beat.

What would be the campaign slogan for replacing all the police - elect black cops so they let you get away with anything? A majority black community needs a majority black police force! Pretty simple concept.
