Upgrade ....1205....Taylor (sorry check the company name for me). Cites Bay Networks confirmation that it will meet street consensus of26 cents for the quarter.

Correction:

A.J. Edwards UPGRADES Bay from an Accumulate to a BUY at 12.05 Headline only, no details.

If my erroneous earlier posts does appear in which I said that the upgrade was connected to Bay's announcement last week that it would meet street expectations for this quarter, please disregard; that was a misunderstanding.
