I don't know for sure. But I'm not really very worried about it- given this guys conduct prior to the shooting. There are cases which seem abhorrent- this one doesn't strike me that way. But I'm not even interested enough in this to argue about it with you. Maybe you're right- and he'll be vindicated as a totally blameless little lamb slaughtered by mean old policemen, and I'll be happy to acknowledge my error, because I'm not emotionally involved in this. Some cases- like Martin's- strike me as horrendous incidents of racial violence- this one just doesn't have that vibe for me. But hey- save that enthusiastic repartee for the right wingers you argue with- they'll enjoy it, and continue arguing with your forever (and they're the kind of folks who can't see the difference between Martin and Brown- but then there are plenty of folks on the left who can't see that either.)
