>>And you've been calling for them to go down for three years <<

Funny, but not true John. When I own em I don't talk about em. Late '96 out of em...missed alot of profit perhaps but I stuck to Dow stocks and did fine. With most major indexes still near their highs, don't know how you can say bad news is about played out. Valuations are still too high. Some stocks may be beaten down but IMO they don't start backup until ALL stocks are down.

one firm went from $4.10-4 -3.5. for 98. These firms make money through commission. When do you think they will start upwards again and reccomend intel? Each 10-15 move up will create commissions for the firm...is this just a cynical view or does anyone think it happens?

Just repeating it..
