Yep. A huge factor right there: Ferguson has a 22 percent poverty rate overall


The poverty rate has gone up in many parts of the country. We probably will see more of this,
especially in transitional neighborhoods.

Red-tails are awesome. Why wouldn't you approve a bill like that? And good for those kids- but too bad New Hampshire obviously has a lot of assholes in government (and perhaps adult assholes, who voted for them)
