NEWPORT, R.I., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Former BMW Executive Ronald I.
Meatchem has agreed to join Netmaster Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NETZ) as Chairman
and CEO. Mr. Meatchem has over 40 years experience in the Automotive Industry
in Australia and South Africa. As Managing Director for BMW Australia from
1979 to 1993, Mr. Meatchem established the BMW subsidiary as the luxury car
leader in Australia for 14 consecutive years, with 1993 sales of over $500M.
"The automotive industry, like many large, multinational businesses, have
reached a point where they are ready to take advantage of the internet as a
primary means to provide and collect information from their customers," said
Mr. Meatchem. "With it's innovative technology and interactive advertising
services, Netmaster is well positioned to become a leader in the international
market of providing internet-based service technology."
Netmaster has also agreed on terms to buy Automotive Technology
Information Systems, LTD., ("A.T.I.S.") for cash and stock. A.T.I.S. is an

knowledge of the global marketplace, will be used to expand the Netmaster
Groups services to an international audience. A.T.I.S. will be merged with
NETZ-Autotrak Systems, Inc., the subsidiary that is developing internet-based
