Z, And yes, it's "gentrifying." I'm not quite sure what can be done about that... So given that you are part of the gentrification of predominantly black neighborhoods, maybe you can tell me what it's like to be part of that "conspiracy" that drives poor black people out of their homes and allows rich white people to move in and buy up the rapidly appreciating real estate.
