It was provided as an example of how, what may be viewed as "one time purchase" consumer items which experience large price drops on a Y/Y basis as technology changes, are used by the Govt. to offset inflation figures of everyday staples of life. I apologize to anyone who read my post and drove feverishly to their local Best Buy looking for the Make/model indicated at the price indicated.
