I don't have much to add to John's comments. Many companies are looking at this huge market, and CUBE has chips with a lot of the features. INTC must be looking at it seriously, but they have been understandably quiet. I'm a CUBE bull, so I am very positive (hopeful) that CUBE's early and continuous R&D investment and DiviCom's expertise will pay off.

I do think that a winning STB will need some level of programability.

Analysts said the financial turmoil in Asia, which has rocked regional financial markets and spread uncertainty through money
centers around the world, will likely make a dent in U.S. economic growth in 1998.

The size of such a fissure is yet to be seen. Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan has said the impact of the Asian chaos on the U.S.
economy will be ''small, but not negligible.''
