Probably good advice Mark but I think mid-January is optimistic if a track record means anything with this company. Right now, the story seems to go like this: If you are long--the numbers were released in this manner because the delay was making people nervous and in order to provide the company with an opportunity to line up financing at reasonable prices. The big money boys have agreed to commit based upon certification, which will come as soon as all of the i's are dotted and t's crossed on the commitment letter. The platinum numbers, by the way, are really going to drive the stock price far more than gold. On the other hand, if you are short--the numbers were released in this manner as part of the scam. Ledoux will never certify them. The prospect of other labs is just another delaying tactic. The stock should have run up a bit even with the uncertified numbers. Too bad there are no longs buying any more and, after the first day, it did not happen. By the way, I still consider myself a long. But it is getting a bit tough to stare profit in the face and not take it.
