Brian - thanks for filling in the gaps. What is NOL ? Is this their total loss that we think might be allowed by the IRS against future profits ? If so, it's a lot larger than I expected. I wonder if their fab agreements are priced in dollars or in the local currencies of the fabs ? The fall of the Far Eastern currencies could make a big difference to COGs (Cost Of Goods), though I'd expect this to be in $. Could be an opportunity to renegotiate though ! Mark
