By my own Story which matches Holders, the same thing happened. Everybody regardless of race gets a free education and a free library. There are so many scholarships out there for the poor that there really is no excuse. The Democrats seem to be saying come on, they're stupid (racist) they don't have a real chance of reading books and learning anything in school. Either the Democrats are right, or you make the most of free books and a free education. I still go to public libraries today. They are ghost towns. None of these blacks that claim racism are there reading free books to better themselves. Zero. Nada.
