."WORLD CLASS" "STELLAR UNTARNISHED REPUTATION" when referring to all these 3rd parties..
IMO..seems these days the most these WORLD CLASS fellas will do
is see who can release the most disclaimers.. like BD>." WE think
they are COC..we think we oversaw it..we probably did however..
we filmed the whole process but dont certify incase we had ghosts..

Good morning Anne,

I don't think BD wussed out, I think BD did exactly what they were paid to to. They were obviously paid to evaluate Ledoux's chain of custody and that is what they did.

If I wanted a third party to do chain of custody, I would first ask them to submit their proposal in writing. (procedure and costs) Once I was satisfied with the proposal, I would hire them. When it was done, I would want a letter or a report stating that BD certifies and guarantees that these samples were within our custody from collection until delivery to the lab. If I hired them to do chain of custody and they came to me with the wording that Naxos released, I would not pay them.

Did Naxos pay BD for chain of custody or their opinion?

Current:6.625 bid: 7.126 ask. On the yellow brick road sometimes we meet with lions, tigers and bears. (Oh my!) Should we fear? Should we lose faith? Should we turn tail and run? No. Those with short term emotions, fears and investment objectives tend to sell low and buy high. May the shorts, demons and nonbelievers have their day. Sell Naxos. I will certainly have my day orders filled at "your" price. As I continue to amass my fortune, may you always find a good price for your sells.

I wonder, how many would have sold Berkshire Hathaway at $1000?

Drops of 50% are common especially in developmental concerns.(see Zoltek-ZOLT) What by the way happened to IBM. How many sold at 175 and bought back at 46? The current pause in our particular issue is merely a buying opportunity. Then you can sell to the wicked witch when she covers @ $10.00!

R.W.

Anne
This was a great post. Others have also questioned the "damned by faint praise" tone of the BD COC testimonial.
Thall, BD was exclusively responsible for COC on these Ledoux samples. Their seeming inability to verify unequivocal COC is more of an indictment of their own process than either that of Ledoux or Naxos.
To Kim Brasington, I would be very pleased if you could comment on this issue. I know Naxos paid top dollar for BD to do this work because they wanted at all cost to put this issue of salting and/or contamination to rest. It seems to me that what we have read on the last release is not worth the cost. I am wondering if insiders are bothered by this as well. It seems to me that a luke warm verification of COC from BD is worth much less than a definitive statement on the issue from a less recognized company. Do you feel that we got our money's worth, and is this the best they can promise for future releases on these samples? TIA
Lawrence
