worse ... should the actions against isil / isis be unsanctioned by syrian governing authorities, an invasion charge would stick, and should such be, and be allowed to stand, bad news in the ukraines

worst ... do not believe boots-on-the-ground actioning in syria would do anything existential to isil / isis, as the command structure would simply go underground and the cells go worldwide

think airborne ebola with 20-years active infection period
