If you noted the mentioning such conditions for potential riot have always existed, populations of ethnically estranged poor have existed in every major city's poorer districts ( and countrysides) going back to Rome, that its been a constant down thru history. How did you glom onto the idea that post was specifically condemning America? Try being a little brighter bulb & read the posts first before adding in your own editorializing nonsense after, its just plain english so not too hard right?
