Yippee!!

I agree, hold for the long term. I only wish I listened to that philospohy last week when I sold a small part of my holding. At least I paid off my original investment and now the rest is pure profit. Way to go Ballard!

This is just the beginning!

Over the past few weeks, some have suggested that Ballard stock is overvalued. I think we need to remember that Ballard's current share value is not based on current earnings but on future potential. Fuel cell technology, while it may still be in the very early stages of development, has an incredible potential. Just think---wherever you have a need for electricity, there is a fuel cell application. Think of that in terms of world wide applications and it boggles the immagination. The automobile is only one of the applications that Ballard has been pursuing. Stationary power generators and portable applications are also high on Ballard's list of priorities, according to Paul Lancaster of Ballard. We should expect some type of announcement in the near future with regard to a manufacturing partner for the commercialization of stationary fuel cell power generators.
Remember also that research and development of fuel cell technology is being driven by the fact that we live in a world that needs to be rescued from an ever increasing polluted environment. I expect that we will see increased funding by governments all over the world to speed up R & D.
The market is so huge that it doesn't matter if Ballard captures only a small part of the total. They and we as shareholders will still do very well.
