I also immensely enjoyed:

Most of the Asian currencies are pegged either directly to the dollar or to a basket of currencies of which the dollar is a principal component. That means U.S. investors don't have to worry too much about currency risk in these countries. Occasionally--in India, for example--the peg breaks down, but almost inevitably the stock market rises more than enough to offset the devaluation.

I wonder. Would he be embarrassed to read it now, or not?
