3: all this nonsense will come to pass once the Mutual Funds guys are through with their selling and distribution.Come January, we should see some nice bounce back in tech stocks, at least this is what i hear from people who are in the 'know'.

Guys, I think the selling is overdone. I agree with you, Mohan, that we are now seeing a buying opportunity. Witness the turn-around in INTC, DELL and NASDAQ today. We are closer to the bottom that most of us realize. An important contrarian signal is when all the brokerage houses rush to downgrade Intel, DELL and CPQ.
