thank you for the explanation, as a side comment I do buy from time to time agricultural futures few contracts, and to date I did made money, but I do see them as a risky type of investment. Contemplated to buy agricultural land as an investment but in Romania, unfortunate the available lots for sale are small and dispersed so it did not prove practical for a small investor. There are companies that aggregate bigger lots of few hundred hectares but at a steep premium.
