There were factions among the founders, but their efforts were directed toward perfecting the ideas about the supremacy of the individual they'd inherited from the Anglosphere; making government subservient and not the other way around.

Um, no. This is your religion speaking if that is what you got out of The Federalist Papers. What you are claiming was actually the Articles of Confederation, which Federalism grew up in response to. Small government was tried and it failed spectacularly. Alexander Hamilton and John Jay were definitely not in the small government camp.

As to the Anglosphere, you've got to be kidding. You accuse me of being immersed in a religious world viewpoint all the while the Anglosphere nonsense is the epitome of religious zeal over-riding rational thought.
