INCE finally has released news about Gil Olachea; news the average investor has known about for 2 months? or more.

biz.yahoo.com

Year end tax loss selling appears to be pushing the bid/ask lower and lower each day. I think the concensus is "only revenues and profits (not losses)" are going to turn this ship around. I think the average shareholder is so far in the hole on paper that they have no choice but to hold on; and most are not enjoying the ride.

Bill

Please pass this onto Gil Olachea.

Your Words..

" Note: If you feel as I do that the Sigma IPO, recently mentioned by Gil, should be pushed off until the latter half of 1998 (so INCE's common shareholders can enjoy the (undiluted)fruits of Gil's labor before part of the cash flow is sold off), it might be a good idea to email Gil to let him know how you feel, and call INCE headquarters as
well. Perhaps its time to let mgt. know what we think (in a nice way)?"

Just my own thoughts.. Remember when Microsoft was going at $0.13 per share.. The little investor got in with 2,000, 3,000 or even 10,000 shares.. They got out after the first split, made $$$$ plus $$$$...

The big guys got in after the split and made more $$$$ plus $$$$...

The little guys and gals started the ball rolling and the big guys and gals took off running.. Tell Gil let us finance the ball and start it rolling and after maybe $5.00 per share or even $10.00 let the big guys and gals take over.. We can then stay or leave..

The IPO in late 1998 will be better in 1999..

Thanks

Joey T.
