bottom line... there was NO incident report filed by the cop who shot the kid

how convenient... now, when/IF the cop goes on trial he can make his "incident report/testimony" match the known facts and eyewitness reports

as opposed to if he had filed an actual incident report after the shooting, his report at that time might have been quite contradictory to the witnesses and provable facts... now he has lots of wiggle room

Given that the police and the city council in that mostly black town are mostly white, I'm sure the grand jury will be mostly white too. They won't want to discourage the police from protecting them from the black menace.
