Wrong. Tapering of QE has broadly matched a corresponding decrease in negative trade balance, largely due to increasing domestic oil production and decreasing oil imports.

Also, low and sustained nat gas prices, along with low coal prices has lowered energy costs to the point that some manufacturing and heavy industry is returning to the USA......

The military industrial complex is always looking for more funding.....
