My proposal for worst regulation of all time was the phase-out of CFCs from inhalers for asthma.
Yeah, The drug companies lobbied for the CFC ban to apply to inhalers. That way they could get patent protection for the replacement cycle. I blame the Congress (especially the Democrats) who approved these new regulations. Maybe the blame should go to the EPA if they wrote the regulations.
