Note that 3 of the cities listed are in California (tied with Texas) and San Diego at #5... I don't see any Ohio cities on the list.

I think we can all agree that Texas and California are polar opposites wrt regulations, etc. and yet they both tie for most cities with fast-growing private business... maybe there's more to the discussion than simply regulations or lack thereof...

It is sort of interesting that the states with highest illegal immigration have the highest poverty.
