Cities with most fast-growing private companies: businessinsider.com. Note that 3 of the cities listed are in California (tied with Texas) and San Diego at #5... I don't see any Ohio cities on the list. I think we can all agree that Texas and California are polar opposites wrt regulations, etc. and yet they both tie for most cities with fast-growing private business... maybe there's more to the discussion than simply regulations or lack thereof...
