OT: don't worry Bob... I understand... when I lived in Ohio (for 17 years) I hated California almost as much as you do and I probably said a lot of the same things you do about California... then I moved to San Diego 27 years ago and discovered how wrong I'd been (not all Californians are the stereotypes you and the rest of the country believe we are -- remember, I've worked in oilpatch for 3 decades here)... fwiw, my parents, my brother and his family, and my sister and her family all still live in Ohio... they give me a lot of crap, too, about California (except my dad who lived in California for several years after leaving the navy after WWII)... I just smile...
