Brazil shrs seen opening up, options to set trend

SAO PAULO, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Stocks in Brazil were seen opening up slightly on Monday on firmer Asian and other world markets after last week's drops but the day's trend would be set by trade in expiring options, brokers said.

Brazil's Motta still in hospital, undergoes tests

SAO PAULO, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Brazil's Communications Minister Sergio Motta remained in hospital Monday after undergoing tests and receiving a visit from President Fernando Henrique Cardoso over the weekend, officials said.
