Great question. I've had several inquiries that were ignored, but no complaints. SI remains offering us an informative web site with many intelligent and helpful participants. I trust most of the user critiques are intended to help improving the user experience and inevitably the site. Among us are some experienced developers as well as knowledgeable management people. I wonder if SI has a Mission Statement that every good business should develop and present to their customers. It may enlighten us all. A user advisory board would also go a long way to improving the site, but I doubt they would be amenable as their business plan remains very private, but that's their prerogative. "I do not work off of squeakiest wheel principal, as much as this may bother some Members". Selective customer satisfaction and an almighty attitude can be risky for a business. A qualified internet developer may not always have the best customer relationship experience. They really need to employ CRM, too. Dealing with the public is tricky....... You can please some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time. But, never stop trying.
