But here is data from the South Dakota Dept. of Social Services. http://dss.sd.gov/federalpovertyguidelines/index.asp They show a single person in poverty with a total yearly income of $11,670 or $31.97 a day. Nearly double the $16 figure in the "article" you provided. Here are the services available to those who qualify.. http://dss.sd.gov/ea/index.asp Looks like that picture of that house in the photo might qualify for some of that "weatherization aid". Don't thank the GOP, thank the continuation of the horrendous monetary policies of the last 7 years. PCSTEL
