It may have been that he tried to get his gun - which seems to me the least plausible explanation - or he may have face smacked the officer, or he may have called the officers girlfriend a crack whore. It escalated from there. Face it, cops have a certain personality and that personality can get them into trouble. ESPECIALLY, if that belligerent personality is accepted - or even worse, admired by superiors. The boy was shot 6 times and was 30 feet away from the patrol car when he died for gawd sake!
