The far-right congressman even went so far as to argue that some Arkansans, because of “Obamacare,” could “face triple-digit increases in the cost of their health care premiums.”

He was betting that the House Republicans would be successful in crippling the ACA. If they had, his projection would have proved true. Since they on managed to partially cripple it, he came out wrong.

So it is Obama's fault.
