Regarding your comment: IMHO, not taking some sort of action right now will lead to you receiving much less than that anticipated $16+ m. How do you envision this happening? For this to happen a large number of warrants must fail to be converted before 12/23. On 12/23, every single warrant will be with one of the following groups: 1. American Bingo & Gaming: Where some good can come of this situation. 2. The Ignorant: Those who didn't know they had to do something before 12/23 or waited too long to start the conversion process. 3. The Angry: Those who refused to sell or convert in an effort to impart some lesson to American Bingo & Gaming management even though they could have sold and/or converted. 4. The Hopeful: Those who held on to the bitter end hoping for the price to rise only to find that when they tried to sell there were no buyers. IMHO, groups 2 and 3 hold a small minority of the 3.3 Million warrants although there may be a few saps who jump into group 2 at the last minute thinking they have found a stock (BNGOW) ripe for a price rise. That leaves group 4. They are being squeezed for a decision by the market over the past few weeks and must decide soon. It is only those with no funds to convert that may wind up holding worthless warrants. Otherwise, they belong with group 3. Got any guestimates of the percentage of warrants held be each group? Group 4 appears to be the wild card to me. I think they are the only group likely to be large enough to cost BNGO any serious money. TKA
