Ryan,
I responded to you about the rise & fall from $4, it can be attributed to 2 brokerages covering and subsequent sell-off. I think you prof's should call the SEC because Investment Groups are not illegal, and buying shares and demanding certs is not 'manipulation'.
What is illegal?
