Which was the strong trend BEFORE Obamacare. It's slowed since Obamacare.
ObamaCare was supposed to reduce those costs. A "slowing of the trend" is statistical noise.

Here's a link stating that health care premiums are slated to rise 7.5% this year:

Not double-digit, but still significant and part of the long-term trend of higher and higher health care costs.
