ISIS strips 250 Syrian soldiers, marches them to mass execution... ... and the President of the United States still has no strategy (his own words) regarding ISIS in Syria. He has been warned for months that this crisis was imminent if no action were taken, but he was too 'otherwise occupied' to pay attention to those warnings. That so many thousands of people have been tortured and killed, and so many more will be, because of this one man's megalomania, cowardice and incompetence is a unique brand of evil.
