From what I gather Snowbird would be a great home mtn.
Hope the knee holds up man!

It will be cool just to have some youngish ski buddies again. Bonus will be the year old grandson to take turns hanging out in the lodge with. What's not to like?

Let's get our act together and hook up in the Koots this year. Eh?

The Sherpas film crew have a trailer series about the Banff area coming.
First one is out and it features Norquay and a local -Ed Hunter.

Nice stuff.

I am looking forward to getting back into the downhill scene on some scale. Will be skiing with my daughter and son-in-law. The grandson will be in the lodge with Grammy or one of us....at least for the winter. Spring he might be on skis. I think our little posse is going to meld in quite nicely with the Norquay crowd. The skiing was all about family with me. To share the joy of good snow and a fun day on the hill was a big part of my relationship with my girls. With the one daughter it shaped her life. To now have the opportunity being part of the grandson being introduced to the wonder of skiing and winter is very satisfying. I hope in the next 30 years I can achieve a tenth of the elegance of "The Wise Man."
