Robert, thank your for your insight..

Based upon the demonstrated investment by "Guru" investor, Kevin Douglas, in both WPRT, who makes new CNG engine products, as well as Quantum's focus on fuel storage and fuel management systems for new and aftermarket CNG vehicles, what are the odds of a takeover by an OEM that wants to control the technology?

I have thought that Douglas might be priming QTWW to be taken over by WPRT, which would practically make it a "one stop shop" for CNG vehicle integration for OEMs. But WPRT is still waiting to for product sales ramp up and it's stock has suffered as a consequence.

Could another OEM be interested in capturing this market, especially Quantums rapidly expanding numbers of customers/partners?

They now have a 5 year contract with Ryder.. which I expect will provide increasing revenues in coming years as the comfort level increases with operations and reliability. That a big move into the leased truck market.

And given the events we're currently seeing around the world, I think another global energy disruption is in the offing. That puts CNG in the catbird seat in the US, IMO..

If there is a disruption, US oil will have to become available for export to other countries, which suggests CNG will fill the gap since it's basically locked into to domestic markets for a few more years.

Thoughts?
