I used to be a Dallas Cowboys fan, and had been for years, since the days that Don Meredith was the quarterback. It was great. They always got to the playoffs, sometimes a Superbowl, now and again they won a Superbowl. Then Jerry Jones bought the team, and it's been downhill ever since. If he wants to win a Super Bowl, he needs to step the hell back, hire a great GM, let him hire all the staff, and let him run the team for at least 5 years without interfering.
