So Scrapps, are you referring to news? Or do you just like the way MSFT looks?

Kind of like that line that I vaguely attribute to a Mae West movie: "Are you glad to see me or is that a gun in your pocket?" (Or vice versa.)

In any event why wouldn't they appeal? Anything to stall. Though I would say that they wouldn't be appealing if they didn't think the judge's ruling was a problem.
