I might agree with you except for the fact that birthrates are falling or moderating pretty much across the board. "Peak people" may not be that far off. This will be net positive, imo, so don't misunderstand my postings. And great for the environment, of course.

And great for rich folks who will buy up all the abandoned real estate. :(
