This is true. Russia did an awful lot. i'm usually the one who remembers them. However, they didn't build Hoover Dam, get to the moon, figure out aids, and invent the internet, so the average Russian prolly doesn't expect as much good from his government as I expect from mine. However, the average Russian dictator of WW2 did expect a lot from my government, aside from a second front. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the numbers...
