Your point "C" says it all. The market is all just a game set up by the analysts. I just love it when they downgrade after the damage has occurred----I am sure they are buying then.

You are correct, but you are trying to treat this logically. I don't believe the recent drops in stock prices we have seen in Compaq and other good technology companies have anything to do with fundamentals. IMO, it is emotion, tied in with some MM EOY manipulations. Others have stated so, this isn't original with me.

If you believe in the company, which I do, buy and hold.
