I am certain that scenario and battle plan with targets are programmed with unique command sequences on the submarine fleet nuclear tipped cruise missiles. No doubt, they are now within only a few minutes strike range of Moscow on a 24-7 basis, waiting for orders. What other response is possible to end the war quickly when Russia launches a full scale invasion of Ukraine, and that being only the first step of regaining its old Stalinist post WWII boundaries?
