Teevee, you are obviously one of the dogs, advocating a "surgical strike" on Putin and his generals. < This will likely escalate into WWIII if Putin and his generals are not removed in a surgical strike.>

So would you hire a brain surgeon or conduct abdominal surgery? What if the patient doesn't agree with you and conducts a surgical strike on you, pre-emptively, which I'd recommend to him since you are siccing dogs of war onto him? He seems to have already figured out, long ago, that F-bomb Nuland, John Kerry and Obama are dogs foaming rabidly at the mouth who will have to be put down.

If Putin is not removed and a referendum is held in east Ukraine because NATO, the UN and everyone else tells Kiev that they have to allow some elections and referenda as in Scotland, then the dogs you are releasing can sleep happily in their kennels.

There aren't any non-human "dogs" of war. You are advocating stopping WWIII by having WWIII. Perhaps you can't see the faulty logic in that. Presumably because you imagine you can do remote control surgery or something with the unwilling patient volunteering to keep still and not respond while you conduct your surgery.
