Dear Vince: If you wish to be sure of voting you will need to have with you the proxy materials or proof of ownership. In the event you do not have the proxy materials I think you would need the stock certificate to prove ownership. There is always the possability they would accept your brokerage statement and/or trading advice but I doubt it unless the effective date for voting is after the dates on your info. You will be lucky IMHO to get the proxy materials from your broker 2 weeks before the meeting. Like you, mine always come at the last minute. Unless they are packed I would think you will have no difficulty getting into the meeting. My experience with these small companies is they have a lot of trouble GETTING anyone to come and are glad to see someone warming the chair. JDN
