I think Bush has gotten a lot of blame because he was "there first"; the reality is that mismanagement by Obama is what has caused these problems. As to Bush wrt Georgia, no one in his right mind would argue that Obama has asserted himself in the way that Bush did. And it is a fact that Putin stopped then and has moved forward now. You just can't be a world leader when you're channeling Neville Chamberlain.
