Ok- I don't know what you are smoking (pot prolly) but any child throwing a chair or spitting on another student should be suspended. In fact, after repeatedly doing that, they should probably go to an emotionally disturbed class. That's so aberrant I can't imagine why you'd post this. Mothers, of course, never want to see their children as aberrant. I get that. But repeated assaults in a class, even (or especially) by a young child, need to be dealt with.

Teachers need to deal with ALL children, regardless of color, the same way- but I know my son was kicked out of kindergarten for behavior a lot less severe than this, and he's a white boy.

Sounds like he's in thug pre-school, where he's learning early that he's a worthless, bad, black kid with no future. Mainly because he's black, which has to be frustrating, since he can't become white.

I would blame the parents..
The parents have no parenting skills.
An out of control 3 year old can mess up the entire pre kindergarten.
Our friend teaches in Killingly, Conn. 5th grade.
She informs us the everyone of her students has no qualms about telling her to "go fuck herself."
5th graders. Every year it gets worse.

Surprise Surprise.
Then blame the teachers.

That is our society today.
