They seem to forget that integral to their success is the fact they were founded in the US of A, one of the most stable countries in the world. Now they can toss around the term global all they want but they are still based here in the largest economy in the world. Its in their best interests to make sure the American consumer gets paid a decent wage.< In other words.. You don't like the math? First Mr. Corp. America LOVED the part-time under 30 hours because there were more available workers.. (After Bush's Great Depression, ((yet we forget to mention how many millions of Illegals have transcended our boarders to find higher paying work, causing a glut of available workers, and depressing wage competition))) It had nothing to do with onerous Federal Regulations that even some Democrats want to overturn? So but, we will still blame everything on Mr. Corp. America because it is so easy to do and it supports your agenda. But, the facts, and your fiction are two different issues. Canada is a pretty stable country, and has a Corp. Tax rate of about half of the US. Burger King just simply got tired of getting "Soaked" here in the US, and compared to another Nation that provides a 'Stable Government". Perhaps the US could simply nationalize Burger King to keep it from leaving? Somewhere along the line here you will figure out why we have dual-citizenship. If the US were to pull the passports of the wealthy in order to prevent them from leaving the country, then they are stuck. That is why the majority of the wealthy have two passports. They can leave, and there is nothing the US can do about it, because they have a second country to go to. PCSTEL
