I think that should answer your own question.

Interesting that the amount paid for health care varies based upon the hours worked.

So does the person who works 30 hours at TSA get the same premium paid for their health coverage as someone who works 40? It appears not..... Under the ACA.. The employer is required to provide premium coverage for the required minimum heatlh coverage at 30 hours and above.

Maybe we could have that same "graduated scale" based on hours worked in the private sector?
