And no, you did not answer my question> Sure I did, you don't like the answer, so you act like I didn't answer it. Why does the US Govt. hire Part-Time workers.. Because they have to pay them less in total compensation compared to those that work a Full-time work load. Just like Mr. Corp. America... Except Mr. Corp America pays full starting at 30 hours a week, were the US Govts. costs are variable based on the number of hours worked/scheduled.
